A couple of years ago I remember seeing a company selling three-pronged display stands. They had a base with three adjustable arms for positioning. They can work with the Diamond Select Star Trek models--as well as Star Wars and other space ships. My Enterprise D stand recently broke and I would prefer to upgrade to a more secure display stand if these are still available. I have searched both Ebay and Amazon to no avail. Does anybody remember these or can point me in a direction? I am 90% sure these were real and not made up. Smile

Why would God need a display stand?

These are pretty good (I have a few for my Macross stuff), though I haven't ordered any since the license changed hands. As the link above says, they are now called flightpose:

It looks like they come in 2" and 6" versions. I am assuming something as large as the Enterprise D would need the 6". Are the arms adjustable in length?

Arms are not adjustable in length, but they are mix and match, so you can take it apart and put two 2" arms and one 6" arm to look like a ship is lifting off, for instance. Also, don't tighten the screws too much or you'll break the base.

Actually, where are you going to position the arms? One under the saucer and two under each rear engine, or two in the front and one on the underside? You might need to mix and match anyway, since the Enterprise doesn't have a flat bottom like most ships.
