I noticed that Target sells the CB brand of figures, which are near the scale of Legos, in their section where the trading cards section, I have not seen that series, but that would be my best guess, that MIGHT sell them.

I will have to look for these for my son, he loves these type of figures.

It says on the page these will be TRU exclusives in the UK; one can hope that the US stores eventually get them. Looks like they have Ben 10 and the possibility of Scooby Doo. Are these the folks who make the Scooby Doo Mystery Mates figures? If so, those are available at TRU stateside, so maybe there's hope. I checked on the makers of the Scooby stuff (http://www.insideview.com/directory/character-group-plc), and they are a UK based company that has several of the licenses listed for the building sets here, so it looks like these could be from the same company.

I also did some more digging - there is website dedicated to Character Building figures and in addition to Dr. Who, Ben 10 and now Scooby Doo minifigures they are also going to do Looney Tunes minis -

How awesome is it going to be to have mini articulated lego sized Bugs and Daffy toys! Unfortunately there are no pictures yet.
