I'm hoping for a really awesome New 52 Wonder Woman, at least. A huge Cyborg would be nice too but doubtful. Probably new 52 Lantern first. Anyway, we should really start making our requests now to Mattel since anytime we ask for something in ask matty it's 'too late' or 'already tooled' or 'the tooling budget won't allow' for a sword to be packed in with WW.

I just want her head sculpt to allow for motion, with the long hair still. And a sword.

Also, if club infinite earths 2013 gives us Fire, Ice, and Huntress, I'd subscribe to 2014 without seeing ANY of the lineup!

Well Mattel as ALREADY destroyed this line with THREE Batman figures, granted one is a Batman series but then WHY does the Unlimited line have a Batman figure as well??? Also nice of those who want Batmite are forced to get the headache known as Planet X Batman.

Thinking you might be just a little bit premature in the Matty bashing already. The line has not even made it to retail yet, we don't know the wave 2 line-up and they said it was going to have a big focus on the new52/heavy hitters. So no surprise their coming Batman heavy out of the gate.

Mattel is anything but perfect but try to have a bit of optimism until they give a solid reason not to. Which granted based on their track record shouldn't take too long but I am still hoping they get it together with this line. DCUC had a great run despite it's hiccups.

So after checking the pics, I've come to the realization that I'm probably the only person on earth ever who wants Zur-En-Arh Batman. But I loved R.I.P., and it's probably the zaniest legitimate Batman variant we've gotten so far. I hate the video game Batman, TDKR is kinda squat looking (even for the source material), and one (classic) Wonder Woman is all I need. So yeah. Batman of Zur-En-Arh it is.

Ash- I may owe you an apology. I just saw the pics & line up and confirmation and it does seem like Mattel is trying to kill the at retail as fast as they can. That's a pretty weak line up. And are they shipping the series together in one case pack or separately? 2 figure case assortments would be just bizarre.

Oh well...

Hopefully those who want Batmite aren't completists since that's a different figure, at least the headsculpt and paint apps are.

2 figure waves AND sharing it with Injustice? I was really hoping a new 52 series would get some big characters out of the way early but now its looking like itll be a long process. So it says 10 figures in 2013 in the solicits, does that include wave 1? I hope not.

2 figure waves? So we'd be lucky to get through the big names like this with all the repeating characters:

Wave 3: Injustice Superman, New 52 Green Lantern
Wave 4: Injustice Wonder Woman, New 52 Aquaman
Wave 5: Injustice GL, New 52 Cyborg
Wave 6: Injustice Flash, 52 Darkseid or Parademon

BUT they showed that Flashpoint Plastic Man too, which means we're in for some 'surprises' and this kind of lineup isn't even possible. I think InJustice Batman shouldve been in a Batman Unlimited wave. Get as many characters to the fans as possible! I never got the SDCC Plastic Man so Id like things like Flashpoint Plas. I feel like the InJustice figures should be separate 2 packs like Arkham Asylum to get us more slots for new comic stuff.

Give us a Damian robin, Red Hood, Killer Croc, Huntress, or something fresh in the Batman line. How many Batmen can you do in a year?

Ugh...one of the things I like about the new Wonder Woman book is the new armor, it's more practical and the artist still makes her look sexy without 50 feet of cleavage (and this from a fan of the Powergirl boob circle.) Might as well be the same one from Wave 4.

I really don't understand Mattel's strategy with the Injustice figures. Why trickle them out? That iron is only going to be hot for so long after the game is released, why not release a wave of them together?

I like the Zur-En-Arrh Batman costume. It's too bad he's the psychotic Morrisson version and not the friendly Batman of Planet X.

And the Dark Knight Returns figure looks good to me. Does it come in Blue?

Pretty much my point is why have a seperate line dedicated to Batman and still have Batman in your main line? Granted the last Batman line did "ok" as it seemed only Catwoman and Freeze was left on the pegs most of the Batman figures actually sold but now with it being a 2 figure wave its just a doomed line.

After looking at the pics a few more times, I wouldn't be surprised at all if that Injustice Bats ends up with the same construction as the Green Lantern Movie Masters. Bet they'd make him that scale, too. Blech. I'm not too enthused about the idea of several different scales in the same line, if they do that, but I'm very happy with the sub reveals for next year, so I can afford to pick and choose while I wait for Wally West Flash...

Yeah, I'd much rather have the 50s version, too, but Planet X Batman is the only one of the four revealed I'm excited about, though I'll pick up Dark Knight Returns Batman, too.

Also, I like Mattel's effort to make Bat-Mite different than the first one. Might have expected the new paint, but not the new head.

If that's a Masters of the Universe Classsics scaled Batman, it'll be the first one I buy since TDK Movie Masters Bats on clearance.

I don't think he'll be that big.

UPDATE: Actually, looking at, I think it's Noisy's site, it appears Unlimited DKR Batman uses several MOTUC parts, so the scale should be pretty similar, yeah.
