Anyone order from Square Enix's online store? Any problems?

I ordered Armored Batman and Harley off there a week ago and my order still says "not processed." There was something in my confirmation e-mail saying there could be delays because they're made to order, so... anyone?

They're reliable. I've ordered from them directly throughout the years and most recently as the Adam Jensen figure from Deus Ex. I'm sure you'll be taken care of shortly.

So I finally got a quantum view notice yesterday, which tried to say my order would be here today--and now the tracking info says "UPS is processing shipment for future submission to the Food/Drug Admin and/or dept of AG PPQ." Is this a customs thing or something?
