Palisades Toys: Alien and Predator
In 2003, Palisades will be continuing their series of busts and statues based on the Alien and Predator movies.
For Alien, the new items for 2003 are: Space Jockey statue, Alien Egg statue, Alien Warrior mini bust, and life-sized Alien Face Hugger bust. The Alien Egg is open at the top so that you can see the Face Hugger inside, although the Face Hugger is not removable. The Alien Egg also has a light-up action.
The Face Hugger bust in the images below does not show the final paint deco - the final version will have a glossier (slimier) finish on the Face Hugger portion.
For Predator, the new pieces for 2003 are: "Predator Defeated" mini bust, a "Predator Triumphant" statue, and a "Predator Elder" mini bust (not shown). The Predator Defeated mini bust depicts the Predator with half of his mask missing and his wrist bomb flipped open and ready to detonate. He will also have glow-in-the-dark blood spatters, which are not shown on this prototype.
