WIZKIDS/NECA, MFV ANNOUNCE TABAPP™ ELITE

Expanded App Capabilities, Featuring DC Comics

Hillside, NJ & Cary, NC - April 4, 2013 - Game creators WizKids/NECA and MFV are expanding the TabApp™ experience with TabApp™ Elite, featuring advanced gameplay, new figures and technology. Partnering with Warner Bros. Consumer Products and DC Entertainment, the first announced physical figures include popular Super Heroes from DC Comics. The free app is set to launch this April for iPad® and select Android™ tablet devices.

In TabApp™ Elite, players will embark on a heroic adventure, taking on the role of their favorite Super Hero—navigating interactive 3D HeroClix maps, battling evil Super-Villains while earning achievements along the way. They can also call upon an ally, with the ability to activate and control more than one figure in game.

New to TabApp™ Elite is a special dock, the "ClixStation," used to transport physical figures to their digital form on the iPad or tablet device. Using the customizable ClixStation and each figure's unique HeroClix Combat Dial, players can easily swap figures and playstyles during gameplay.

At launch, TabApp™ Elite will feature Super Hero figures from DC Comics, including Superman™, Batman™ and Wonder Woman, with a Man of Steel movie collection to follow. Original HeroClix TabApp™ figures will also be fully integrated and compatible with the new app following launch.

Additionally, all TabApp™ Elite figures are 100% compatible with the HeroClix tabletop game and come with character cards and free HeroClix Online redemption codes.
