Another Toy Biz experiment, this was part of
a line of figures that could be used as mini-slide projectors,
showing your favorite cartoon scenes on any surface. You just
stick the "film" discs into his chest, then push the
button on his back to project them. Other than those features,
this was a pretty straight forward articulated figure. It was
about 8" tall, so again it was out of scale with the normal
line.
