Saw these in the sidebar. I LOVE me some Plants vs. Zombies. I have it on 360 and iOS. Finally there will be some merch worth getting. I plan on getting at least one zombie, the pea shooter and sunflower.
No Hulk or Hawkeye; there were 10 figures on the pegs, so if the case has 12, I might have missed them. Are they out yet, or are we looking at different pack-outs? Only one Thor and one Loki, everything else was Cap or Iron Man. The figures are good, but Cap has a bad case of Indiana Jones googly-eyes. Went through all four and found the best, but he still looks like he was out partying with Tony Stark last night. Nice detail on his uniform, though; a really good sculpt.
If you're searching for the new Avengers 6" movie figures you're not alone, everyone is after them. Each case contains only one Loki, Hulk, and Hawkeye with doubles of Captain America, Thor, and Iron Man. I've reviewed Hulk, Hawk, and Thor here and also Loki and Captain America here.
While they don't have the amazing paint apps the earlier Thor and Captain A movie figures did they're still amazingly nice figures with great articulation.
Not sure if I am going to get this 4 pack, but it was great to see new signs of superhero figures on the toy shelves

Sorry I didnt get the price for the 4 pack
I took 2 pictures just in case one was blurry
My son who is seven has really gotten into legos. He loves the mini figures. He now would like to collect the ninja ninjago minifigs. I looked on ebay and to my surprise 4 regular ninjas go for over $40.00. So these figures which are no bigger than an inch are getting over ten dollars. Its not like they are new sculpts. So why are mini ffigures so exp.ensive and popular? I like my superheroes figures, but at least i understand shortpacked figures go for more than standard general figures. I must say when i find a sealed mini ffigure,i will know my son will enjoy the figure with his legoes. Avian thank you for chiming in with your lego thoughts. : )
They just put round 2 of the Wave 50 fan poll up on Marvel.com, and the slate does not disappoint! Lots of great long-time requests on there. I went for Banshee and Songbird myself, but will be pleased with whoever makes the cut.
I hope the villains round next week is as good!
Do to some overly cautious production decisions, Hasbro is now trying to meet the demand of Avengers Figures by tell retailers to replace their inventory with IM2, Thor, and Cap leftovers.
I spoke with a friend of mine who is a team lead at a Target in North FL, and he was told today to change the DPCI on the Non-Avengers Figures to match the Avengers because stock heading to stores is very low. The local Walmart near me did the same thing, they have 65 "Avengers" in stock, 54 of the are Thor Movie Figs.
I took a trip to TRU at lunch and missed the Black Widow once again. I was able to snag a Hawkeye and Skrull, which I hope means another collector got them, taking a set of the new ones and leaving the leftovers. I can only hope Hasbro catches up before it's too late...
I don't think it was a mistake. They had it that way on the pegs and when I scanned one. I was very happy to finally see a movie Laserbeak at retail...but not so much when that rang up. I won't pay that price, especially when the Voyagers aren't even that much at the same store.
So WTH was going on?
...Mattel didn't even try.
I'd be embarrassed to have my name on those. I couldn't care less about the movie and I was actually annoyed by how bad those figures are. Those are Hasbro's Jurassic Park III level bad, except not as good.
Every single figure Playmates and ToyBiz made in the 90s is better than these. Just a disgrace.

I don't know if some of the play-features are spoilery, so I thought I'd warn you either way. They're not bad, just a bit overpriced. $20 for the Bat-pod on Amazon is a good deal ($30 at TRU!) I'm looking for $30 The Bat, because $40 is too much.
