I asked this a few times over on the old board with no responses so I figured I'd try again

So has anyone found something that works as a good flight stand for Marvel Universe figures? I have a few (like Darkhawk) that just don't look right standing. I was able to jury rig a classic ML Silver Surfer base to prop up my MU Silver Surfer at least.

a working Batsignal. Curious to see how extensive the figure line will be since that doesn't sound like something requiring many pieces. Wonder if any of the ladies will make it into the line.

I think it's been six months since the last time I had them ship my loot, and now I'm just waiting on one more thing to come in, but it keeps being pushed back every month.

So how long do you guys hold out before giving in and having them ship the rest of your goodies?

I'm fine waiting on the toys, because in my basement or in their warehouse, I'm probably not opening these particular items anytime soon. But waiting on the SW ice cube trays is driving me bonkers - I want to make R2-D2 ice cubes! My trays are already in the Pile of Loot, and I am about to give in soon.

I have really enjoyed Mattel's efforts thus far but the latest Elite 14 and Basic waves are not looking as good as prior releases. I know they try to catch different likenesses of the same characters constantly, but the E14 Alberto looks hideous.

Personally, I gave up being a completist long ago and cherry pick the charatcers I like.

Found these today at a local Target and they look great. The only weak one of the bunch IMHO is Qui Gon, with that silly headsculpt that has been reused several times before.

I haven't opened them yet, but look forward to releasing Darth Maul from his plastic prison later. Anakin looks great as well despite online reviews to the contrary.

Hey, does anyone know if mattel has any plans of reissuing the Wind Raider/has a stash of them in their warehouse? Ebay prices are slightly ridiculous and I'd love to get ahold of this for my Man-at-arms figure...

Why? I'll admit that the Batmobile looks alright, but why go to the trouble of getting some vintage Mego figs and then messing them up with hideous suits. The TV Batgirl costume looks ok, but it would look better on, oh...Batgirl! This is like when someone heavily customizes their car with lot of hideous details, then finds it difficult to sell.

I somehow managed to pick up a few extra 30th Iron Grenadiers & cannot find my receipt. Will TRU take them back? I'm cool w/store credit knowing I will use it.
