Is this site impinging on RTM at all?

I think they have used the 'toy maniac' moniker for some time.

An interesting side not is that they contacted us about aquiring RTM in 2008. They initially came in as if 'mania.com' wanted to add us to their network, but the truth was that they were being purchased by Demand Media and were acting as an agent for them. That was why they wanted to add RTM to their group of websites as another asset for Demand Media.
