Transformers Animated: Hasbro or Takara?
I just started watching Transformers Animated and really like is so far. I saw some of the Takara figures in Chinatown yesterday and am planning on grabbing a few in the near future. Are they worth the extra price from the Hasbro ones or are they basically the same figures (or in the masterpiece lines case, the exact same figure save for metal parts, etc?)

Same figure, different paint. Myself and others tend to prefer the Hasbro versions because the Takara versions use metallic paint that often isn't color accurate (especially Bulkhead who is now metallic forest green instead of camo green) while the Hasbro versions use dull plastic colors that fit the animation look better.
