Have Thor and Captain America been on HBO already? i subscribed last month and havent seen them. Also, Rise of the Planet of the Apes is now on Cinemax or Showtime...any timeframe for HBO to get it?

The Epix channels were running them in May. Not sure if they are in any way affiliated with HBO or if they won't be on HBO because of Epix running them.
