A Fix for Yellowed Plastic

In June 2009, Emerje posted this insanely useful item on the ToyBuzz forum:

An actual, working fix for yellowed plastic, 35% Hydrogen Peroxide!

I know it's a question that has come up here several times, but I don't know if anyone has actually come up with a successful solution (I don't think this has been posted before). Found this link on the robot-japan forum and thought I'd share:

Fixing yellowed plastic with 35% H2O2

Really amazing effect! Seems to work on white, colored, and clear plastic as well as some paint. Also in some cases it polishes chrome and diecast (but rusts steel screws!) and stickers can be left on. This is the most successful restoration process I've ever seen, but it also comes with a lot of precautions so if you want to try it be sure follow the directions!
