Flatt World 1999

Designer Charlee E. Flatt now has 5 licenses under his belt for his spectacular line of 8" clothed dolls. If you've seen some "Mego" figures in Toy Fair magazine's "Twisted Mego Theater" that you know weren't made by Mego (like Venom), that's Charlee.

The five licenses are: Bela Legosi as Dracula, the Phantom, the Mask of Zorro, Astro City, and the Rocky Horror Picture Show.
